The cost of 3G SIM card flow per month depends on the real bit-rate and live view hours, calculated as below:
For 1 (one) vehicle, 4 channel video live views, and the bandwidth as 100Kbps, And take GPS info and command info into account, about 400Kbps, so:
1, Bandwidth requirement of the back office server: 6Mbps downlink and 6Mbps uplink is OK for about 10-15 vehicles viewing at the same time
2, 3G data plan of one SIM card: total cost is approximately: 180MByte/hour, If 1 hour live view every day, then the total cost is about 5.4GB/month (30days/month, one vehicle)
So, for 2 GB/month, can support roughly 0.5 hours every day @ 4 channels live view.
